Our experience with Mrs McQueen was an extraordinary event. From the moment that we met, she showed a professionalism that made a positive impression on us. She was very thorough in her inquiries as to the kind of house, location, price range, etc., that we were looking for. She had complete knowledge of all the particulars in each of the houses we viewed. My wife and I are buyers from out of state. We advised Paola that we had limited time, two days, to go to NC and view homes for sale. Paola did an outsatnding job in coordinating so we could visit as many houses as we could in that short period of time. Everything went without a glitch. We were able to view three houses on the same afternoon of our arrival. The next day, we viewed seven houses. A marathon session to say the least. Paola was always on the vangard guiding us through the visits and, at times, coordinating with fellow real state reps so the houses would be available upon our arrival. As it turned out, the last house that Paola showed us, was the house that we liked; and immediately asked Paola to place an offer. That same afternoon, she notified us that our offer had been accepted. We were baffled at the efficiency of the process. Needless to say, Paola was,in no small measure, taking care of business. After that, the process of closing passed to other capable people and, because of the amazing work of all involved, we are now happy home owners. Will we be willing to work or recommend Mrs McQueen again if buying a house is the issue? The answer is: every day of the week and twice on Sunday. We have nothing but praise at the masterful, friendly, professional and efficient way that Mrs Paola McQueen performs her job. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for being an invaluable part of making our dream come true.
